COUNTER POINT: When Is It Ok To Make Fun Of A Murderer’s Death?
Last week one of our bloggers “Obie” sent me a DM and asked if it was OK if he posted this Valentines cared some moron made and sent to 200 girls on Instagram.
Is this Offside or All Good? If you need help deciding, remember he only murdered a couple of people.
What we didn’t’ know when we posted it is there is a group (Made up mostly of women who think Hernandez was hot) that think he’s innocent and we are mocking mental health and suicide.
It started with Karen W and snowballed from there.
Causing pain? That’s rich. If a fucking Valentines card mocking a murderous douche who took the cowards way out and hung himself so he didn’t have to serve a life sentence for killing Odin Lloyd. Maybe Karen was triggered AF, but the subsequent tweets revealed her real motive.

She’s in love with A murderer and is sad we mocked the demise of a man she loves.
So despite being convicted of murder, probably shooting a couple of other people to death in Boston and shooting his friend in the eye a few years earlier Karen believes Hernandez didn’t take any lives so the conversations should be moot.
Some would say this is a waste of time explaining how karma and natural justice works to someone who thinks only this particular murderer should be treated with kid gloves. Not me. We used it as a teachable moment.
Not Karen. Blinded by love and Tattoo’s she forgets the families of all the people whose lives were taken by Hernandez and seems to think we are somehow supposed to feel bad that a convicted murderer hung himself. Not me and not here.
It begs a bigger question. Have we turned into a bunch of pussies that don’t think a dangerous convicted murderer hanging himself should be fair game? Can you not make Aaron Hernandez Valentines jokes because he hung himself like a no-show coward?
If there is an argument against mocking the death of a murderer, it’s far too Christian for me, and I don’t believe if you take a life with intent you are entitled to yours. I also think those “internet jokes” are just that and we are entitled to them when it comes to mocking a murderer.
I asked her the following question 4 times with no answer:

No, she’s not sad cuz that kid wasn’t a big, good-looking football player she wants to make murder babies with.
Basically a fact at this point.
It begs the bigger question. Can we mock David Koresh? Hitler? Jeffery Dahmer? The Douche that murdered dozens of people at Pulse Nightclub? Can we be thankful these cocks are dead and won’t take up our time or headspace as any more than a memory?
Or do we have to say “Well it’s all a shame. Tsk Tsk.”
Guys like Aaron Hernandez deserve years of Valentine’s cards, and it’s still not enough. That and Karen is pro-murder. Disgusting.
