AEW is trending worldwide so let’s talk to AEW’s Renee Paquette!
What a few weeks for AEW (All Elite Wrestling). They sell out Wembley Stadium with 80000 people making it one of the biggest shows in the history of the Wrestling business (and lose one of their top stars in the process), longtime WWE Star Adam “Edge” Copeland’s contract expires on a Saturday and he shows up Sunday to one of the biggest crowd reactions of all time and the brand has been trending #1 or close to it for 6 weeks straight as a result!
Is it a coincedence that a ton of the roster is made up of of amazing Canadians? The jury is out of course.
One of those amazing Canadians is Toronto’s own Renee Paquette! What a journey she’s had and she appeared this week on Do.Did.Will “The Story of People Podcast” to chat all about it! From joining and leaving WWE, becoming a Mom, balancing work/life/marriage, releasing a best selling cookbook, having one of the biggest podcasts in the world called “The Sessions” and launching a new podcast called “Renee ALL Dey” with the Cincinnati Bengals; it’s amazing she found any time at all to appear on my show! But she did…
It’s the second time we have had a chance to speak to her and so much happened in between those chats that they legit warrant two seperate watches just to keep track of everything Renee!
Also, you don’t have to be a wrestling fan to appreciate that in today’s world of safe broadcasting, Adam Copelands best friend welcomed him to the company by telling him to “Go F*ck Yourself” on National TV. I blame Trudeau…
Do.Did.Will. “The Story of People” Podcast can be heard weekly on Crier Media and SoundOff Podcast networks as well as Spotify, Apple, Amazon Podcasts and wherever you listen! Check out all episodes HERE
