This might the shortest “article” you read all day but how could we not share this news. I mean it’s a day bringing awareness to dog farts. (BTW Dog Farts sounds like a garage band from Alberta)

It seems the heart of this day has it’s origins rooted in canine health awareness which is as nobel as cause as any. Dogs are great. They love unconditionally, they have jobs and are unapolgetically stupid.

Dog Farting Awareness Day is now a day for animal organizations and dog lovers to share tips about canine digestive health. Flatulence in dogs is most commonly caused by canines swallowing air while eating, but excessive farting accompanied by vomiting or diarrhea can be a sign of more serious health issues.

So pay attention to your dogs farts, not just for the laughs but for what you can learn.
