The blogging community is a weird one. We support each other because he helps get out stuff read. Our friends at Sportsgossip.com asked us to RT a story they just released of Dwight Howard and his ex-boyfriend having a conversation about his sexuality and coming out. I dunno if we should have posted it so I’ll let you decide.
I think recording a celebrity talking about his or her sexuality and using it against them is pure evil and releasing it anyway is even worse.
Having said that this might be a moment in NBA history too. I’m not using that as an excuse but these tapes sort of made this a very real conversation about LGBTQ people in a high profile position in pro sports.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out and what Dwight’s next move is cuz this is probably his worst nightmare.
Still, a completely dark move by an ex. I still might take it down. I dunno.
