I don’t know that I have ever seen anything like what I saw today watching tennis and I only watched half a set. Fortunately
Down 4-1 Bianca Engineered the greatest tennis comeback by a Canadian these eyes have witnessed. She won 6 of the next 7 games to book passage into the US Open Final and with that, Canadian Phenom Bianca is Playing Serena Williams for the US Open and 4 million buckaroos. She’s 19.
Yes, @Bandreescu_, this is definitely REAL LIFE!
See you on Saturday in the final… #USOpen pic.twitter.com/v5df41niQq

I tuned in after Bencic broke “B” (I call her “B” because I’m lazy) and looked look tired going down 4-1. Becic let ‘B’ back in with a stretch of double faults and shitty errors but it was like she just decided she wasn’t tired anymore and vaporized Bencic taking the second set and match.
It’s like she just turned on the switch and said “fuck this I’m not losing”. Fucking impressive

Congrats kid. I spurned Packers/Bears for women’s tennis and it was worth it.
I don’t know shit about Tennis but I know a good story. Last year she couldn’t qualify for the US OPEN. This year she’s in the final against Serena.
That’s a great story.
