Bills Employee Protests Player Protest By Quitting in Protest. ‘Murica.

Sep 25, 2017

Source – Several Bills players knelt during the national anthem. Others locked arms.

“I can’t stand and support something where our leader of this country is just acting like a jerk,” LeSean McCoy said in a post-game press conference.

It was a show of solidarity for members of the NFL who believe President Trump’s remarks Friday evening toward players were divisive, but there were plenty of people –fans, players, politicians–arguing both sides.

Stadium worker Erich Nikischer quit his job at New Era Field after almost 30 years.

“I waited until the National Anthem ended, I took off my shirt, threw my Bills hat on the ground, walked out,” Nikischer said in a sit-down interview with Channel 2 at his West Seneca home.

Nikischer says he has no problem with players protesting before the National Anthem. It’s when the kneeling continued into the song that strong feelings took over.

You know when you hear stories about people like this then read the story and you go from anger to pissing your pants laughing it is a great story.

Let me put this into laymen’s terms.

-Erich is a jingoist that loves his flag/anthem

-Erich clearly doesn’t understand why players are taking a knee

-Erich just quit his job after 30 years misinterpreting why players are protesting, so he quit for no reason

-Erich Is wearing the stars and stripes which you are actually not allowed to wear according to “US Flag Code: Chapter 10.176D.”

-Erich Won’t watch games or go to New Era until “It” stops, whatever “It” is, no one knows.

-Erich is a simple man.   REALLY simple.

Good luck Erich.  I’m sure you’ll find eight days to work a year watching people fight and shit in the stands soon big fella.
