Joel Embiid Just Ended Bryan Colangelo’s Career With One Tweet
What a douche.
After reports surfaced of former Raps pres/current Sixers, Pres Bryan Colangelo using multiple twitter burner accounts to go after everyone from Masai Ujiri, Kyle Lowry and his own players, I thought it was a joke. Then I remembered hows much of a self-centered douchewad he was when I interviewed him a couple of years ago. Every answer he gave was short and condescending. Every question we asked was met with a shitty attitude.
Long way of saying I don’t know for sure if these burner accounts are real but they are for sure real.
Colangelo’s ‘Still Balling’ account was reserved for shitting on Masai Ujiri and being accused of being a “trust-fund baby’ for some messed up reason. Masai has been allowed to spend where Colangelo wasn’t, so Bryan did what most 12-year-olds do after not getting what they want. He made a bunch of fake twitter accounts and took a dump on the organization and Masai after they lost to LeBron in round two. As Childish as it is uninformed and sad. He’s not wrong in his assessment about Casey getting gassed though. I like that take. He’s not wrong about Kyle being too old for that kind of $ either.
What the fuck does a ‘trust fund’ have to do with it?
Technically he’s wrong too. Masai has arguably been more active in his efforts to turn this line up over and move on shitty assets then he ever has been. Cutting bait on Terrence Ross and Demarre Carrol and getting rid of one of the worst 1st overall picks ever in Bargnani comes to mind. You won’t see “Eric Jr” or “Still Balling” comment on Bargnani though because those guys picked Bargnani.
Colangelo needs to learn how to work a burner account. You don’t take a shit on everything everyone else does that pisses you off and leave yourself untouched. Had he sprinkled a few ‘Colangelo sucks’ tweets or ethered himself a couple of times it would have thrown smarter people off his scent.
He’ll get fired and never work in the NBA again which will allow him plenty of time to come up with new burner accounts to criticize his wife and kids for underachieving or not having dinner ready on time. Plus loosen that fucking collar. It’s apparently causing brain damage.
