Source: A 31-year-old Vernon man is jailed pending trial after authorities say he sent several emails and letters to local farms and stables requesting to have sex with their farm animals.

Police say that when the man was rejected, he began harassing the residents and leaving metal tire deflation devices in their driveways.

Richard Decker would write letters and show up asking for a sexual relationship with local farmers animals, specifically their cows and/or horses.

When Decker was rejected, Czykier said, he would leave harassing messages with the property owners, leave negative reviews of the facility online and leave handmade metal tire deflation devices on the property, specifically in the driveway.

Devices found in his bedroom included two arrows with attached explosives and flash powder – which could contain a variety of compositions including potassium and aluminum – along with ferric oxide and magnesium. The powders are used in explosives.

Czykier said Decker also had manufactured a .22-caliber firearm without being registered or licensed to do so.

Well, At least he had the decency to ask the first 100 times.  Right?  I always try to look on the bright side and my takeaway here is Mr. Decker is a tortured soul so he has to get sympathy points for repeated attempts to ask nicely instead of having non-consensual relations with horses and cows (especially).

I wonder if it’s non-consensual if the farmer says ‘yes’ to one of those letters Decker sent?  Then we get into a possession vs human conversation I don’t wanna have so we’ll go with consensual for now.  If the farmer’s consent was given, doesn’t that implicate the farmer as an accessory to beastiality or cruelty to animals?   So the farmers, even if they wanted to, wouldn’t be able to help this guy out which makes the explosives, tire belts and flash-bang powder just plain dangerous.

I guess his picture with a long story about how he couldn’t even get laid by a horse is decent.
