Alexander (Albie) Sears currently the High-Performance Manager at Surf Canada as well a leading as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific.
I was lucky enough to be trained by him leading up to my 4th winter Olympics. As we had Sanoa Olin on the last episode it seemed fitting to have this man on who keeps her strong, DROP IN on E.106 Now!
