Welcome to 2019, Eddie Murphy is back!

Source: Eddie Murphy fans need to circle Dec. 21, 2019 on their calendars. The comedian and actor returns to Saturday Night Live to host for the first time in 35 years. And Murphy will be hosting four days before Christmas. Murphy’s animosity towards the show began when David Spade joked he was “a falling star” due to Murphy’s struggles at the box office in the 1990s. Since leaving the show as his movie career began to take off in 1984, Murphy has avoided SNL for decades, including skipping out on its 25th anniversary special.

Quite the roster being lined up for the fall, but nothing compares to one of the kings of comedy.

Remember me?
