Congratulations to you if you voted for the Liberals and Justin Trudeau last night. You’re all winners. Sort of.
Congratulations to Justin Trudeau, world’s number 1 blackface enthusiast, on his election success.
Yet more proof that progressives don’t actually care if someone is racist, so long as they’re on their team.

It’s incredible to me a man with a penchant for blackface and the inability to string a sentence together can win a second term as Prime Minister.
I didn’t vote for the dweeb, but I ain’t mad. There’s a trade-off with a paper bag PM you have to accept as reality this morning.
You know Trudeau has the IQ of a rock and he’ll embarrass us on the world stage from time to time, BUT he really may have been the lesser of two evils.
Whether you like Damien Cox or not, he had the tweet of the night explaining in 140 characters or less why the Conservative’s lost:
Note to federal conservatives; maybe next tine don’t run an American passport-carrying, pretend insurance agent, anti-gay, anti-immigrant, climate denier. Just a thought. Bye bye Scheer.
— Damien Cox (@DamoSpin) October 22, 2019
If you really want to break down, Damien’s reasoning is EXACTLY why Andrew Scheer and the Conservatives lost. Canada chose blackface over homophobia. Period.
If you look at a map after seeing the AP’s seat breakdown it looks like Trudeau was curb-stomped;
- Canada’s most populated areas (Toronto/Van) carried the country’s Liberal gov’t to the win because, rich people
- The west went full blue based on eastern alienation emanating from Ottawa
- The Bloc won most of Quebec and you still shouldn’t care
- the NDP won in areas without internet access or common sense
Bottom Line?
Canadian’s think Trudeau is a huge tool but he’s the least most dangerous tool to lead Canada.
Bottom, Bottom Line?
Blackface is less offensive than homophobia.
In a perfect political world, neither Scheer or Trudeau should be trusted to govern.
You can’t have a born again zealot lead a country while hosting deep-seated hatred for a woman’s right to choose or a same-sex couple starting a family.
I didn’t think you could have a PM with a history of groping and wearing blackface either but these results suggest otherwise. I’m ok with it all too because I didn’t vote for either and knew I wasn’t voting for a PM or party in this election. I voted for a female independent named Jane Philpot who lost to a career bootlicking liberal named Helena Jaczek. Helena lost her seat in the Provincial election during DoFo’s rise to power so the Federal Liberals plucked the old boot from the political dump and she won.
Jane stood up for women’s rights and the truth and now she’s out of a job.
Helena just answered the phone in her diaper and won.
Politics. Where doing the right thing goes to die
If NONE of this makes any sense to you, relax. It’s not supposed to. Politics is inherently crooked and unfair as are the men and women in politics. I’d rather my kids become serial killers than politicians. It’s a career for the unemployable or well connected and in most cases, both.
None of the parties running were in it for Canadian’s. No one runs for office to make a difference.
Acceptance is the most vital part of being mentally healthy so don’t let the results get you down. Just eat it like you normally do when there isn’t a federal election and go about your business. It might taste like shit but you’ll be able to get on with life instead of virtue signaling online about things you can’t control.
Trust me. It’s a happier way to live.
PS. Trudeau’s next visit to Africa ought to be a real gas.
