The discussion with one of the athletes, E.34 Pierce LePage OLY came to Esports. Could it be in the Olympics, what would that look like and how do you feel about it?
Well not too long ago the IOC, International Olympic Committee, came out with the Olympic ESports Series! If you can believe it.
The Olympic Esports Series is a global virtual and simulated sports competition this first ever Olympic Esports weeks takes place this year, 2023, June 22-25 in Singapore for the live, in person finals.
The qualifications started March 01-May 15, 2023 pros and amateurs around the world were invited to play in the qualification rounds.
