I love going outside my comfort zone. It’s where personal growth happens. So it’s becoming common for me to spend a few minutes writing about the NFL or the NHL or other items that are outside of parenting, pop culture, or politics.
Which brings me to sharing my recipe for some killer, kid-friendly fish tacos. We all know Ryan Lindly is the chef around here and my repertoire of dishes I’m comfortable sharing with people who are not family can be counted on one hand, so please be kind in your critique. But I PROMISE if you make this dish your kids will gobble it up.
