Flyers’ Mascot Gritty Under Police Investigation For Allegations Of Assault

The controversial mascot for the Philadelphia Flyers is being investigated for allegedly pushing a 13-year-old boy during a meet and greet.
In one account a Flyers season ticket holder claims Gritty punched his son in the back. The Philadelphia Flyers have come out and said that there is no video of the incident to support this claim.
The incident in question happened in November.
The Philadelphia police say an investigation is active and on-going.
Ohhhhhh boy. Gritty, what have you done. If there is any truth to this, we may no longer have Gritty in our lives. Is this just another situation of a soft millennial? A season ticket holders son named Chad. Probably.
