Here Are Your Best Bets For NFL Championship Sunday

Jan 27, 2024

It is a happy but sad time of the NFL season. It is Championship Sunday and we have two games this Sunday to determine who makes it to Las Vegas and plays on Super Bowl Sunday 15 days from now.

We start in Charm City where Baltimore is hosting the AFC Championship game for the first time since 1971 and Kansas City is making its 6th trip in a row for the chance to win the Lamar Hunt Trophy. Part of me is torn on who is going to win. Fun Fact, last time Baltimore hosted the AFC Championship a QB from the University of Louisville played QB for the then Baltimore Colts and tomorrow, Lamar Jackson who went to the University of Louisville is going to suit up for Baltimore. On the other hand, you can’t fade Mahomes who is slowly entering Tom Brady territory, as in when the pressure turns up, he knows how to find that second gear. I hate making this bet as I have been burned by it one too many times but Kansas City at +4, available at -110. place $20 on this to win $38.18.

Next, we go to the Bay where the Faithful of San Francisco goes against the Motor City roaring Lions from Detroit. A battle of a team that’s been here for three years in a row vs the team that is the darling upstart who’s making their first trip to the NFC Championship since 1991. For the NFC Championship Game, I have one parlay I placed specifically for the NFC Championship Game, I’m calling it, one man one game and that one man is San Francisco WR Brandon Aiyuk. I know Deebo is the man in San Francisco, but after a shoulder injury last week, Deebo won’t be at 100% and Aiyuk has the hands and the speed to help us win this parlay. Which the parlay is as follows, O 76.5 Yds and O 4.5 Rec. A parlay at +118 where $20 can pay $43.60 if it wins. As for the game itself, I like Detroit to cover the spread of +7 and San Francisco to win with the total going under 52.

Good luck and Happy Betting on this Championship Sunday.

Hi, my name is Griff and I'm a complete sports nut. I love to play sports, watch sports and most importantly bet on sports too. If I'm not watching or betting on sports, you can find me on the golf course, between the pipes as your average beer league goaltender. Although sports take up most of my life, I also love spending time with my two dogs, streaming usually a 90's Simpson's or attempting to read more books.
