MLB Insider, Jon Morosi feels the Blue Jays have been one of the most active teams this year, checking in on free-agent pitchers. BNS confirmed this just minutes ago.
Yep, the #BlueJays are in on all starting pitchers.

So the Jays are checking in on everyone, let’s take a look…

The Blue Jays cut catcher, Luke Maile, along with pitchers, Jason Adam and Derek Law, freeing up some roster spots, and roughly $3 million cash. A decent start to an expected busy offseason. Don’t expect the Jays to sign studs Gerrit Cole or Stephen Strasburg (sounds like the Yanks may sign both) but some names they actually have a chance of signing include:
Dallas Keuchel
Kevin Gausman
Hyun-Jin Ryu

Tick tock, Team Shatkins, if this team gets pitching….LOOK OUT!
