The question in the tweet by my man Rob Perez is a great one. And the answer is ‘no’.
The NBA told the Raptors and Drake to turn down the confrontational stuff and maybe move seats. Drake and the Raptors said no to both and I actually respect that. I may not like the man but the Raptors are loyal and it’s smart business to hide behind the crest.
It’ll be interesting to see how much air time he gets tonight. The NBA might not be able to tell Aubrey or The Raptors what to do but they can tell the broadcast crew what to do because they own that shit.
