Putin’s private security is rounding up as many able-bodied men as they can, military experience or not, taking them away and forcing them into his war against Ukraine.

Putin’s “partial’ Mobilization was a lie.  He’s snatching able-bodied men off the streets and sending anyone who doesn’t agree with his invasion of a peaceful country to the frontlines where they will get VERY dead.
