Source  –  As we’ve watched in his two starts with the Jays, Anderson appears as though he still has something to offer as a big leaguer. He’s been effective and aggressive in his first two appearances, and most importantly, he’s healthy. If he can keep this up, he’ll drastically improve his free agent stock going into the offseason, and may even spark some legitimate interest in bringing him back to Toronto for the 2018 season. He could garner interest elsewhere too, but one thing appears to be certain, he won’t be returning to the Cubs.

After his start on Sunday, Anderson took to Twitter to throw an interesting little nugget out to the baseball world. Check it out below:

A)  Blue Jays And Rogers dont like their employees swearing on twitter and rightfully so.  Brett needs to curb his dirty twitter fingers if he wants a shot with the Big Club next year Dagnabbit!

B) people that point out the obvious after you tweet are the fucking worst.   It’s like golfing with an asshole that gleefully tells you your drive went right when its 500 yards into the woods.  I know it’s right you fuck, I just hit it.   And on Twitter,  “I just wrote it.”

C) I like the cut of Brett’s Twitter jib.  As I said before the parent company of the Blue Jays (Rogers) stressing taking the high road and prefer you rep the brand by not tweeting “f’s” and “S’s” and “M Fr’s”.  There’s a few more, but you get it.  Its a company with an excellent reputation and they want to keep it that way.  Brett’s new, and he’s been effective, so he gets a pass

Brett’s new and he’s been effective, so he gets a pass…depending on how he does in the spring.
