Mark tweeted then deleted this pic of him getting chemo but Blink fans grabbed a screenshot. Mark has been battling cancer quietly for two months and has another couple of months ahead of him. To the best of my knowledge, Hoppus didn’t disclose the type of cancer he’s battling but it doesn’t matter. Cancer sucks and it’s scary for everyone it touches.
I’ve interviewed Mark and the band several times and Mark was always funny, smart, kind, and clever. I don’t know him other than to interview him but I hope and pray Mark has the stamina to kick cancer’s ass to the curb.
