Eric has work in the same dressing room as Matthew Tkachuk, so It’s easy understand his unwavering support of Matthew’s stupidity.

After sweeping the Flames with a 4-3 win in Calgary, Leafs D-man Jake Muzzin flipped the puck at Tkachuk seconds after the buzzer went and Tkachuk went apeshit trying to find someone to sucker punch, followed by a meltdown on the way to the Flames dressing room like a pissed of toddler.

Matthew Tkachuk is HATED by 30 other NHL teams because he’s dirty. A ‘bush league’ superstar who relishes opportunities to hurt players with late hits and slough foots. He’s exactly the player he says he isn’t in post game pressers no matter how much he maintains he isn’t and he absolutely meant to drive his knees into Jack Campbell’s back on Friday night.

Any statement to the contrary is garbage and anyone who says Jake Muzzin’s puck flip was ‘Bush League’ is either a Flames fan or willingly ignorant to the reality that Matthew Tkachuk is bullshit on skates.

The problem with Matthew Tkachuk? He hasn’t had his face caved in for his antics yet.

Other than Zack Kassian, no one has grabbed Tkachuk’s jersey and promptly beat the shit our of him after he acts like a tool.  To be honest, I was fully expecting Wayne Simmonds to square Tkachuk up last night, but Keefe is smart.  He wanted two points more than he wanted to teach the Flames forward some respect for the game.

Part of me yearned a Leaf blowout by the second period.  I wanted to see someone jump off the Leafs bench to beat some values into Matthew Tkachuk because that’s the only language dumb fucks like him understand.

And, Flames fans; look at this cool screen grab I took of the North Division standings.

Right??  YOUR Tkachuk led Flames are a point up on the Ottawa Senators for dead last in the all Canadian division.  Is that weird or is that a natural consequence of your best player choosing to run around like a pissed off teenager instead of playing the game to win?

Ask your self that come playoff time when the Flames get nosebleeds from looking up at the Leafs as you scroll through the NHL standings as the season progresses.  You know those feelings of sadness and regret that come with perennial failure anyway, so it should be a walk in the fucking park.
