MayMac | Final Press Conference

We’re so close. Mayweather vs. McGregor is almost here, as we sit just three days away from the biggest fight in combat sports history. After the MayMac World Tour, I wasn’t sure if I could take another Press Conference. But we’ve come this far, so whats one more?

It wasn’t all that exciting, but it didn’t have to be. I actually thought Mayweather played this one perfectly. He ended up looking like the bigger man (figuratively). Conor came out slinging insults, as you would expect him too. But Mayweather didn’t really respond. He was actually quite complimentary, and thanked certain people for helping him along his way over 20 years of boxing.

The verbal warfare may have been boring and disappointing, but the show stealer was the “Money Belt” the WBC had custom made for this fight. This thing was spectacular. You talk about this fight as a spectacle? This is a spectacle, and I love it. This bad boy has 3,360 diamonds, 600 sapphires, 300 emeralds, 1.5 kilograms of solid 4 carats gold, and alligator leather from Italy.

Simply phenomenal.
