Here’s your terrorist.  Nathaniel Veltman is 20 and we’ll find out more about him over the next 48 hours.  He’s the terrorist who dressed up in a flak jacket before murdering 3 generations of the same family by running them down with his truck two days ago.

I don’t know the kid other than to say his life is fucking OVER.

Nathaniel Veltman will never see the light of a free day as long as he lives because someone or something radicalized him.  He wasn’t born with a hatred for Muslims, it was cultured.  Taught.  Maybe it was a parent or peer group.  He might have spent too much time watching Proud Boys’ mixtapes on YouTube, but something or someone opened a racist door for Nathanial Veltman, and now a 9-year-old little boy is waking up in surgery without a sister, parents, or grandmother in a strange country.

There’s so much sadness here that I couldn’t bring myself to form a post about the Afzaal family. I just wanted you to see the face of the asshole responsible.
