This is one of the most spot-on rants of all time, and we love how he throws in Santa…good shit. Think about what he said though, Refs are never held accountable for anything. At least not publically.
And hockey is the worst for this.
With all the review in the games now when we will see a review of when a play is stopped and called offside when it actually really wasn’t offside. How’s that going to look? Set the clock back 2 minutes after some official at the league office calls in to say the Linesman fucked up.
Refs, linesman, officials of sport in general, always have it off easy, and they determine so much.
