Naked Baby On Nirvana’s “Nevermind’ Album Cover is Suing Kurt Cobain’s Estate For Sexual Exploitation Because, Why Not?

Aug 25, 2021

NYPost: The naked baby photographed on Nirvana’s breakthrough album “Nevermind” is now accusing the band of being child pornographers, claiming they told him to “Come As You Are” without consent.

Spencer Eldon, now 30, filed a lawsuit against Kurt Cobain’s estate and the band’s surviving members, saying the grunge pioneers violated federal child pornography statutes and sexually exploited him.

Eldon also said he has suffered “lifelong damage” from having his naked body plastered on the triple-diamond selling album, and claims neither he nor his guardians consented to the naked photoshoot, according to the federal suit.

The band, photographer, and record labels “intentionally marketed Spencer’s child pornography and leveraged the shocking nature of his image to promote themselves and their music at his expense,” the suit alleges.

This law suite might have a better chance of succeeding if he hadn’t recorded an interview a few years ago where he talked about how cool it was that everyone on planet earth had seen his baby penis and how awesome it was being the Nirvana baby and how the world has bigger issues than his baby penis

Spencer Eldon is probably low on funds and a born-again Christian Lawyer who’d been hounding Spencer for YEARS and he finally cracked.

If that’s child exploitation, so is every single statue or painting featuring a naked kid, as is every picture of toddlers and babies in the bathtub.  I hate to be a fly in Spencer’s ointment but he’s fucked.  There is no way the lawsuit is successful.

If Spencer’s mom consented to the pic and she was paid (which she was) he needs to take his mom to court, not Nirvana.  If his mom was willing to pimp her kid out for $ 30 years ago, I’m guessing she’s probably broke and that’s why he’s suing Kurt’s estate.  It’s worth $450 million, so why not?
