NFL Best Bets For Week 14

Griff Bordignon Dec 9, 2023

The Fab 5 didn’t go as planned as Cleveland and Denver both didn’t cover their respective +3.5 spreads. So why don’t we dabble into anytime Touchdown scorers to make some Christmas dough this Sunday?

We start in the 1:00 window when the Lions are taking a trip to the Windy City. The Bears and Lions have one of the oldest rivalries in the entire NFL and this Sunday this trip is more than just a football game for David Montgomery, one of the two heads on Detroit 2 headed running back monster. David is making his return to Chicago where he spent his first 5 NFL seasons. David has already a career high 9 NFL touchdowns on the season and I think in a sort of revenge spot, the Monty man goes Full Monty into the endzone to start the day of the Touchdown off right.

Leg 2 takes us out to Sin City where an elite talent at the receiver position is making his return to the Gridiron, Mr Griddy himself, Justin Jefferson makes his return for the Vikings this Sunday as the team plays in a must-win game against the Las Vegas Raiders who are still in the playoff hunt themselves as well. However, this game is all about the Jeffersons and I think Mr. JEfferson will be moving on up to the endzone in his first game action since week 5.

Sunday Night Football is where we finish the plays as Dallas and Philly play but Philly will be without team security guard Dom after his actions last Sunday. But back to the game, this game is close to calling for who will win but I’m putting my money on a man who is a WR1 and who has TDs in 5 of his last 6 after a slow start and who has at least 1 TD in 5 straight home games, yes sir I’m taking about CeeDee Lamb. He will surely have a field day against an Eagles secondary that got torched by Deebo Samuel last week and an Eagles secondary that the man had 11 receptions and 191 yards receiving on that day, he didn’t ever score that day but Sunday it’s take us home CeeDee day. Also fun little fact from Stat Muse, CeeDee Lamb has 38 catches for 582 yards and has scored 4 touchdowns in 7 games against the Eagles in his career.

The three plays are placed at ScoreBet for +630 odds at $13.60 to potentially win $99.27. Happy Betting.

Hi, my name is Griff and I'm a complete sports nut. I love to play sports, watch sports and most importantly bet on sports too. If I'm not watching or betting on sports, you can find me on the golf course, between the pipes as your average beer league goaltender. Although sports take up most of my life, I also love spending time with my two dogs, streaming usually a 90's Simpson's or attempting to read more books.
