NO SHIT??: Booze Before Bed Helps You Lose Weight.

Scientists have suggested that two glasses of wine before bed could actually help you lose weight.

Yep – you read that right. There may be a legitimate reason to guzzle the Cab Sav at the end of a long day.

The studies come from Washington State University and Harvard Medical School and explain that there is a polyphenol called “reservatrol” in red wine that lends us a hand in the weight loss department.

This “reservatrol” converts white fat into “obesity-fighting” beige fat, which is much easier for the body to break down.

Studies have also suggested that this magic “reservatrol” suppresses your appetite so you won’t fancy eating as much anyway.

If you’re teetotal or just not a big drinker, you don’t have to miss out either.

The helpful polyphenol can also be found in some fruits, like blueberries, strawberries, and grapes.

Stop reading and researching right now.  Let’s just go with this my drunken friends.  Science says two glasses of wine before bed helps you burn fat and that’s all you need to know.  Not how big the glasses or if it’s high test homebrew.  Two glasses of wine before bed makes you less fat.

Print that off and put in in a laminated card with a note referring to the actual study and use it as your defense to those who think you drink too much.

I always used to get hungry and eat a can of cold ravioli or 5 granola bars if I had two glasses of anything so maybe I’m one of those anomalies they threw out of the study.  I also don’t know how anyone who loves drinking has two glasses of wine the shuts it down and doesn’t want more.  Again, I would not have been suitable for this study.

What is good is SCIENTISTS say you can get wasted before you go to bed and lose weight.  You’re welcome.  Again.
