Packers’ Sammy Watkins is one the most valuable depth WR’s in fantasy football

Apr 19, 2022

The Green Bay Packers made Aaron Rodgers the highest paid quarterback in the NFL, until the Cleveland Browns got rid of their morals and gave Deshaun Watson the honour. The Browns may learn the tough lesson that Aaron Rodgers learned, paying your quarterback more money, could mean losing your best offensive weapons.

Almost immediately after giving Rodgers his big extension, the Packers had no choice but to trade wide receiver Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders. Derek Carr got a premium weapon, and Rodgers was looking at a whole lot of nothing. However, the Packers made a move and signed former Buffalo Bills’, Kansas Chiefs’ and Baltimore Ravens’ wide receiver Sammy Watkins,

Watkins now has the opportunity to be the WR1 since his days in Buffalo. He’s also going to have the reigning back-to-back NFL MVP throwing him the football. That should put his fantasy value through the roof, but there’s no way you’re going to have to use a premium pick.

In my video editorial, I’m going to breakdown why Sammy Watkins is the most valuable depth wide receiver in fantasy football.
