Gabriel Hamilton

Gabriel is originally from the west coast of British Columbia, just outside of Vancouver. Whether it was Micheal Jordan’s “Flu Game” or the Steve Yzerman-led Red Wings, Gabe grew up following all sports. With the Grizzlies being a disappointment on their way out of town and the Canucks being the Canucks, the door was wide open to football, the Lions and the CFL. The rest is history.

Whether it was witnessing Geroy Simon sprawl out for an amazing catch and winking at a young Gabriel along the sidelines, or the Montreal/Edmonton Grey Cup at BC Place back in 2005, Gabriel’s been there to soak up all the CFL has to offer. Now making his home in Toronto, he brings his wealth of sports knowledge as a trivia host and his experience in the world of comedy/acting to the table. As he’s covered several teams across different sports over the years, Gabriel is locked on the Toronto Argonauts, CFL and NHL coverage for the team here at Crier Media and Down By Two.
