Today in the House of Commons, before question period started, the house had a moment of silence to recognize National Indigenous Peoples Day.
Many pointed out the leader of the opposition, Pierre Poilievre, refused to bow his head.

To which I responded with this screenshot from CBC:
Yup.
Instead chose to do that creepy thing where he stares at the PM. pic.twitter.com/j5tMCnnL0r

Disgraceful!! @PierrePoilievre shows his true colours by not bowing his head in the HOC on National Indigenous People's Day. pic.twitter.com/jBhjqDQhAM

Then, following question period, the house had another moment of silence to honour the pilot and co-pilot of the Royal Canadian Air Force CH-147F Chinook, who died when the helicopter crashed in the Ottawa River near Petawawa.
Bodies of 2 pilots recovered after Chinook helicopter crash in Petawawa, Ont.
Again Poilievre refused to bow his head.
Instead, he chose to stare at the Prime Minister and then look all around. Showing zero respect.
Here’s video:
Full transparency: this is when PP refused to bow his head.
There was an agreement to observe a moment of silence for the Royal Canadian Air Force members who lost their lives in Petawawa.
He kept his head as high as fucking possible!
This is pure lack of humanity & empathy. pic.twitter.com/II1cFyuc5C

This after last month, Mr. Poilievre refused to bow his head in a moment of silence to honour Marc Lalonde:
I've noticed that Pierre Poilievre does this weird thing where he stares at the Prime Minister during QP.
This during a moment of silence to honour Marc Lalonde.
A lot of times, he'll sit staring while other MPs ask their Qs.
It's creepy. It's weird. It's Pierre Poilievre! pic.twitter.com/I8bXlqO5Io

This would be considered disrespectful behaviour by anyone.
However, coming from the person who claims to be “running to be Prime Minister” it is beyond disrespectful.
It’s disgraceful.
