Year End Panel Discussion (Part 1)
About the Episode
It’s our year end panel discussion blow out that’s so big, we had to break it up into parts! We wanted to do a bit of a follow up on the research that the Common Ground Initiative has been producing, so we assembled an expert panel to discuss some of the research, what it means for the future of political parties in Alberta, and a whole lot more! Our Panel… -Dr. Feodor Snagovsky is one of the political experts who is involved in the Common Ground Initiative, he’s a political science professor at the University of Alberta. (@FSnagovsky) -Deirdre Mitchell-MacLean is a journalist, podcaster, and political commentator. (@Mitchell_AB) – Max Fawcett is a journalist, avowed centrist and commentator. (@maxfawcett) – Scott Harold Payne is a political commentator and political organizer (@scottpayne) In part 1 we talk branding, what makes voters vote the way that they do and ask some pretty big questions, including whether or not the Alberta NDP needs to separate from the federal NDP!
