Police Bust Prostitution Ring At Seniors Facility. Operation “Hot Dog Down A Hallway” Was A Success.

Nov 23, 2017

Police in Massachusetts have arrested two men they say ran a prostitution ring out of an apartment at a senior living facility.

Pittsfield police say 65-year-old Joseph Van Wert and 45-year-old Randy Lambach have been held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Nov. 29.

Authorities say Lambach recruited drug addicts from Pittsfield, took photos of them, and posted ads on adult websites. Police say he scheduled and drove them to and from meetings with men, kept most of the proceeds and paid the women in drugs.

“The women were recruited by Lambach, then photographed and advertised on social media sites. Lambach facilitated meeting locations with prospective ‘johns’ and transported these women to specified locations. He would often wait nearby to take a portion of the earnings. He would also compensate the women with narcotics instead of cash. This included heroin, cocaine and prescription medication,” Pittsfield Police Lt. Michael Maddalena said, according to CBS affiliate WSHM-TV.

Police say Van Wert used his apartment at a senior living facility as a place to conduct the prostitution.

Let’s hear it for the old boy in the pic.  Still, an entrepreneur at the age of 65 and paying hookers with drugs is a stroke of Genius.

They knew they had these ladies on the mat with drug addiction, paid them in crack taking cash from clients most of which were clients in the group home.  Some were ladies too.  Disgusting business plan but financially responsible.

A friend of mine lost his dad recently.  When he went to close his dad’s bank accounts, he saw seven transactions from a rub and tug down the street.   His 91-year-old dad needed relief and at 91 do you really give a shit if you have to pay for it.  Bravo.

Too bad these two were arrested for performing a public service.  Maybe they’re ahead of their time.
