PRO TIP: WHEN NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TWEETS “GET OUT” IN ALL CAPS THEY REALLY MEAN IT!

Sep 9, 2017

The Last time the NWS tweeted in all caps was Hurricane Katrina.   Great sign.

I’m starting to think if you stayed in Key West or any other part of Florida in the path of Irma after being warned for a week and a half you, deserve to die.

If thousands of weather professionals, risk management companies, and emergency personnel tell you for over a week to leave and you value brick and mortar over your life, doesn’t it make it way less sad if/when they die?

We’ll see how many floaters there are after Irma passes and then decide if “You ain’t leaving your house” if this should happen to you.

I sure as shit am.
