You know there’ll be a few Scooby snacks when watching this! Fandango published the first stills of Scoob!, Warner Bros’ upcoming animated Scooby-Doo movie! The trailer is being released tomorrow, November 11!

They’ve been working on Scoob! (directed by Tony Cervone) since 2013 and will be the first movie in the Hannah-Barbera franchise since the live-action movies, 2002’s Scooby-Doo and its 2004 sequel Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed.

They’ve revealed some plot details: it will focus on how the gang (Fred, Velma, Daphne, Shaggy and Scooby) met and formed Mystery Inc.

According to Fandango, the teenagers “must foil a diabolical plot revolving around a ghost dog known as Cerberus, discovering Scooby’s secret legacy and their own epic destiny along the way”.

Frank Welker will voice Scooby-Doo. Will Forte will voice Shaggy. Zac Efron voices Fred, Gina Rodriguez voices Velma and Amanda Seyfried voices Daphne. Tracy Morgan, Ken Jeong, Kiersey Clemons, Mark Wahlberg and Jason Isaacs are also voicing characters in the movie! Star-studded.

Scoob! will premiere in North American theatres on May 15, 2020.

Which other animated series would you like to see have a movie made?
