This is very easy. But we want to make it complicated. We see Aaron Rodgers. We know his history. And we don’t want to bet against him. Then we look at the Bears. We also see their history. And we don’t want to bet on them. But to quote a line from one of the greatest movies of all-time, Anchorman; “the times, they are a changin”.

The truth is simple. The Green Bay Packers aren’t good. They have Aaron Rodgers. And that will make them competitive and dangerous, but the team as a whole is garbage. The Bears, on the other hand, are actually quite good. They have a young promising quarterback, offensive weapons, and a solid defense.

Here’s what’s going to happen. The Packers weak offensive line will be unable to stop Khalil Mack. He’ll eat Aaron Rodgers ass inside-out. And the Packers will struggle to score against this studded defense. Which sucks for me, as I have Rodgers in two fantasy leagues. So trust me. This isn’t my preferred outcome.

The other thing to take into account is consistency. The Bears have had a season under Matt Nagy. A season in which the team went 12-4. Where the Packers will have a first-time Head Coach in Matt LaFleur, who has only been coaching for two years prior in the NFL. So the Packers are going to have some kinks to work out, while the Bears will pretty much have their shit together going into this game.
