The Drunk Naked Swimmer From Ripley’s Aquarium Gets Sentenced To Death

Sep 20, 2019

Just kidding.  He pled guilty to public mischief after doing the naked mile in the Aquarium two years ago and I LOVE this man.

Source: David Weaver, of Nelson, B.C., was drunk at the time of the incident, according to an agreed statement of facts read out in a Toronto court.

Weaver went to Ripley’s Aquarium in downtown Toronto on Oct. 12, bought a ticket, then stripped naked and jumped into the facility’s shark tank.

Weaver told court he was sorry.

“I just want to take the time to apologize for wasting your time your honour, the court’s time, and for my actions of last year,” Weaver said.

Court heard Weaver, 38, has a criminal record and has struggled with alcohol abuse for the past two decades ever since his brother murdered his father.

Weaver’s lawyer, Blair Drummie, also said his client does not believe animals should be kept in cages, which is one of the reasons he jumped in the shark tank.

He will serve a 12-month suspended sentence, must attend counseling and cannot return to Ripley’s.

WHAT.  A.  BEAUTY.

I love Dan Weaver’s hustle and his honesty.  He’s a man on a mission to get everything out of life and never say ‘NO’ to making a memory no one else has the balls to make.

I think like Dan, I just don’t act like Dan.  I’ll be at a wedding and a thought will appear in my fucked up head;

‘My Gosh, I could walk up to the priest and punch him right in his mouth.’

I think it, but I don’t do it.

It’s literally a burning desire in me and always was, especially doing live Radio.  I’d crack the Mic to do a break and think ‘I could scream c@^t into the mic RIGHT NOW and everyone one would remember it forever.  Again, I thought it A LOT but didn’t do it.  I felt this deep-seated need like to say something that was so shocking, people would say “I knew where I was when Dean took a dump on the microphone.’

It’s as honest as I can be.

Like Dan ‘The Man’ Weaver.  He walked out of the courtroom a free man minus some parole meetings.

When asked if he regretted anything he smiled and said, “Not a thing, I’d do it again.

We need more Daniel Weavers in the world.
