The Forthcoming “Hunters” Series Stars Al Pacino As A Nazi Hunter

Todd Hancock Nov 25, 2019

The master is back. Al Pacino is a Nazi hunter in the forthcoming Amazon Prime Video series Hunters.

Here’s the synopsis of the show: “Inspired by true events, Hunters follows a diverse band of Nazi Hunters in 1977 New York City who discover that hundreds of escaped Nazis are living in America. And so, they do what any bad-ass vigilante squad would do: they set out on a bloody quest for revenge and justice. But they soon discover a far-reaching conspiracy and must race against time to thwart the Nazis’ new genocidal plans.”

There isn’t a concrete release date set, although we do know it’s in 2020.

Hunters is directed by Jordan Peele (Us) and also features Logan Lerman (The Perks of Being A Wallflower), Josh Radnor (How I Met Your Mother), Kate Mulvany (The Great Gatsby) & more. That synopsis. Pretty deep stuff.

If Pacino isn’t the best actor of our time, he’s up there. And Peele is on a tear lately. Expect this Hunters to be binge-watched.
