Meet Daimaou Kosaka but goes by Pikotaro. Billions of people saw the PPAP video and in 2017 sang for a visit from the President of the United States a couple of years ago in Seoul, South Korea because they wanted a ‘Happy Performer” to lighten the mood for Trump’s visit.
