This Video Of Evander Kane Pointing A ‘Loaded Gun’ At His Ex Wife Is Going To Be Problematic
less than 24 hours after being reinstated by the San Jose Sharks after serving a 21 game suspension, Evander Kane’s estranged wife, Anna, went for the fucking jugular.
Anna put this out, through TMZ, less than 24 hours after Kane joined San Jose’s AHL affiliate AFTER serving a 21 game suspension for faking his covid certificate.
GREAT timing.
According to Evander’s VERY angry wife Anna, this was Evander pointing a loaded gun at her during some kind of confrontation.
According to Evander’s lawyers, this was taken during a photoshoot and Anna used this video out of context and are asserting Mr’s Kane is mentally unstable/
A) The second last like in Kane’s legal letter is a total lie. Maybe the whole thing is. Who knows?
B) Lawyers lie all the time. So does Evander Kane and maybe his ex is lying too.
One thing I do know is based on about a decade of precedent, Evander Kane is an immature asshole and he probably doesn’t have people lining up to help him wade through this. I also know the NHL and the Sharks are looking for ways to rinse this dweeb and if there’s any truth to this video, he’s fucking FINISHED.
Facts:
We don’t know if this gun is real. if it is, we have no idea if it’s loaded. We’re taking a jilted ex’s word for it, but not one person familiar with Evander Kane is discounting it today. That’s the biggest problem with litigating your divorce proceedings on IG. It’s also childish as fuck for both of these morons to play this out publicly when there’s a child involved.
If Kane DID point a loaded gun at her, she should go to her local police dept, not TMZ. Any judge will ask her why she didn’t report her fear in 2020, then ask for proof it was loaded and that’ll be the end of that.
The NHL has just said they are looking into the allegations (this will be Kane’s 4th internal investigation by the league in less than a year). The Sharks organization just said the same.
Pointing a gun at another human is a tough one to explain no matter what really happened and perception is reality in 2021 so he might ACTUALLY be fucked this time.
