TOM MORELLO Telling His Life Story at NYC Shows

Todd Hancock Aug 19, 2019

If there’s ever been a reason to head to New York City, this has got to be up there! Tom Morello (Prophets of Rage, Rage Against The Machine & Audioslave) will tell his life story later this summer at three shows in NYC!

Morello said he’ll also explain how music has complemented his activism.

“Audible” presents the series, called Tom Morello at the Minetta Lane, on September 18th, 19th, and 20th at the Minetta Lane Theatre. Tickets are on sale Friday Aug 16 12p ET and yes, the show WILL be recorded to be released!

Morello said in a statement, “I was the only black kid in an all-white town, the only anarchist at a conservative high school, the only heavy metal guitarist at Harvard University, and the only Ivy League Star Trek nerd in the biggest political rap rock band of all time. The songs, the stories, the triumphs, the tragedies, the riffs, the rebellion — all will be revealed. Oh, and I’m going play a lot of ripping guitar, too.”

Would you road-trip to check out one of these shows? Never been to New York City…
