Two Weeks After Liberating $2 Million From Alberta, Tucker Carlson Is Getting Paid To Interview Vladimir Putin Tonight!

He’s getting paid MILLIONS for this interview, too. It’s Tucker’s new grift: Lending his MAGA leadership/voice and followers to theocratic religious leaders like Danielle Smith and Vladimir Putin so they can popularize authoritarianism as a mainstream alternative to the chaos they are creating.

Correct.

Tucker Carlson, despite calling this interview with a genocidal dictator “journalism,” has admitted several times, including under oath, that he is NOT a journalist. Instead, he’s a “performer” or “personality” doing Schtick according to EVERY EXCUSE HE GIVES WHEN HE GETS SUED.

Tucker has successfully argued (more than once) that he can’t be taken seriously; he is not a journalist, and he’s not stating facts – it’s Schtick. So, one could reasonably assume Tucker’s “Schtick” is now his job, and he lends that Schtick to the highest bidder and to people who pay him to lobby for them with his brand.

Remember Karen McDougall? One of Trump’s mistresses? She sued Tucker and lost when he used the “I’m not a journalist, and no reasonable person would consider me one” defense.

[In] the context of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” the Court finds that Mr. Carlson’s invocation of “extortion” against Ms. McDougal is nonactionable hyperbole, intended to frame the debate in the guest commentator segment that followed Mr. Carlson’s soliloquy. As Defendant notes, Mr. Carlson aims to “challenge political correctness and media bias.” This “general tenor” of the show should then inform a viewer that he is not “stating actual facts” about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in “exaggeration” and “non-literal commentary.” … Given Mr. Carlson’s reputation, any reasonable viewer ‘arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism’ …

Tucker’s non-compete clause at FOX means he has to make money doing SCHTICK for people who want to pay a racist performance actor and conservative opportunist for “PR” whose family (already) gets paid to lobby for theocratic dictatorships like Hungary and Russia. It’s free money and a way to stay relevant when fired.

…Or the homeless guy who Tucker claims had a crazy meth-fueled sex romp with President Barack Obama in the late 90s. LOL.

Aside from getting paid to give time to a man who’s responsible for HUNDREDS of thousands of dead Ukrainians and Russians, the rape, torture, and kidnapping of 10’s of thousands of Ukrainian women and children, Tucker is getting paid to make somehow dictatorial genocide seem palatable.

Everyone, journalist or not, should have a problem with that by ignoring it.

PS: You know how I know Russia is paying Tucker for his service? EVERY other US journalist is in a Russian prison, or they aren’t in Russia.
