I was texting with my friend Alex Dayrabekov in Ukraine over the weekend and he stopped suddenly. Alex has been our eyes and ears in Ukraine and is now subsequently being prominently featured on CNN and other MSM broadcasts around the world to tell the human story of the Russian ivasion of his hometown of Irpin and Bucha.  He left to go for a walk with his 1-month-old son because he couldn’t talk about what he had just witnessed.  The massacre of his friends, family, and neighbors.

He came back from the walk and started to talk about what he saw.  I still haven’t responded because I don’t really know what to say.

The following pictures are extremely graphic.  Alex sent them to us last night.  Some have been published but the majority of them have not.  If you have a weak stomach or hate gore, don’t look.  If you don’t believe the Ukrainian people are being massacred in ethnic cleansing, you HAVE to look at these.  The world needs to see Putin’s actions for what they are.  A racist genocide of the Ukrainian people.

This is that family, today.

Russian soldiers were given orders to rape and pillage their way to Kyiv.  They were told by Putin to rape and kill as many women as they could and they did.  Thousands of Ukrainian women have been raped, tortured, and murdered as CLEAR evidence of Russian war crimes comes to light.

This video by Ukrainian MP Oleksy Goncharenko shows a headless grandmother still in the passenger seat of a car targeted by Russian troops.  They shot a mother and daughter before killing their grandmother, beheading her in the process.

at least 1000 bodies of innocent Ukrainians have been discovered in and around Bucha and Irpin.  Most of the dead have been dead for days/weeks so the torture and abuse have been going on for the entire month.  Ukraine officials estimate there are dozens of mass graves to uncover.

It’s not a nightmare.  It’s a humanitarian disaster on the level of Nazi death camps and Serbian ethnic cleansing.

Irpin and Bucha are just two cities.  Russians occupy dozens of towns and villages in the east where war crimes and taping children is a strategy and it needs to be seen.

Alex will join us for the show tomorrow to explain this from HIS perspective.  How does he feel seeing neighbors and friends lying on curbs or half-buried in graves where he used to picnic?  How does he process what’s happening all around him?

I don’t know, and it will suck to talk about but we have to.  He has to.
