Source  –  Teenage parents encourage her to smoke cigarettes and drink beer.  The video, reportedly taken in Argentina, shows the little girl swaying and apparently intoxicated.  Sh then nearly falls over after passing out, while her parents are hear laughing in the background.  The girl’s parents, who are 17 and 18-years-old, claim the video was made as a joke and say they had not really given the child alcohol or cigarettes.

However, the footage shows the toddler clearly swaying and the mother rushing in to catch her.  The parents are also thought to have given the girl cannabis to smoke, according to reports.  They were arrested at their home in Formosa in north-central Argentina after the video was shared on social media.  Staff from the Police Investigation Brigade, the Secretariat of the Ministry of Childhood and authorities of the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office intervened and took the child away from the parents.

Hard to believe but they even take child endangerment seriously in Argentina where you’d think smoking weed and passing out is more like a South American right of passage.

If the parents are 17 and 18, getting high in a back ally with their child, it’s probably the kind of education the kid needs to survive the life it will probably have so dont get too upset over the video.

Countries that dont have a legal drinking age have fewer alcohol related deaths in countries that do because alcohol is not forbidden fruit. Stands to reason then, you give a two-year-old weed and booze she’ll end up being wildly successful in the real world.  Might be a stretch but you get it.

It’s called the school of hard knocks, and this kid just scored her first A+.
