It’s the reason everyone is on their feet and I LOVE IT. I shit on Mark Shapiro a little, BUT we’re watching something you might not ever see again as long as you watch baseball, so suck it up. It’s always someone else’s top prospect who’s doing this stuff. Not the Blue Jays. He was drafted by Mark Shapiro 55th overall and whoever scouted him deserves a load of credit as do the Blue Jays (yes, Mark Shapiro too) for his development.
