I doubt she was looking for a salad and she appears to be ‘hangry’. There’s nothing worse than getting caught between a ‘hangry person’ and some beans and rice.
We never talk about how awkward these moments are for onlookers caught in the Anti Masker’s crossfire. I try to put myself in the position of diners when I see videos like this and it always triggers me into attacking these people personally, and I don’t like it. If I was in that Chipotle during this woman’s rant, I wouldn’t be able to help myself from making her feel like a pile of garbage for a few seconds.
It happened at a grocery store last night. I was walking the wrong way down the coffee aisle when an older gentleman slammed his body up against the Maxwell House display and yelled ‘Can’t you read the lines on the floor!’.
I looked at him and laughed to which he screamed “you’re gonna kill someone with that attitude”.
I replied, “You’ll be dead way before me no matter which way I walk in this store, big fella”.
I kept walking and laughing because I didn’t feel the need to make him feel any more ridiculous than he probably already felt.
It’s the individual who thinks their rights surpass common sense and the rights of others that make me sick. We see more and more of it and it’s a trigger for me so I wanted to share it with the rest of you for good measure.
