CBC: One of the GTA’s largest property developers says it was “extremely inappropriate and entirely unacceptable” that workers associated with one of its dry wall contractors had a stripper at a job site last week in the middle of the pandemic.

Mattamy Homes confirmed photos of the incident that had been posted on Twitter showed several people involved with Nelmar Drywall, all of whom have since been fired, partying with a stripper at one of its job sites on April 9. Nelmar itself has denounced the conduct of the workers and says it’s taking steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Photos included in the post show a woman interacting with multiple men at a construction site, one of whom is wearing a Nelmar Drywall Co Ltd shirt. A bottle of Grey Goose vodka can be seen in one of the series of photos.

CBC News also obtained graphic video of the incident showing at least four men watching and two men touching the woman while she dances. Nobody in the video is wearing a mask or physically distancing, despite government rules for job sites.

Shout out to Nelmar Drywalling’s team-building.

There’s nothing drywallers and tradesmen love more than having a young sex worker for lunch.  It’s a company that knows its employees.

The development company says the individuals involved in the incident behaved in a “grossly inappropriate and reckless fashion,” and that Nelmar Drywall has terminated its relationship with everyone involved.

“We hold our trade partners to a high standard and insist that they conduct themselves professionally and ethically. Those standards were not met in this case,” Mattamy Homes said in an emailed statement.

The company says it had no prior knowledge of the event and that none of its employees were present. “We nonetheless regret that this incident took place at one of our sites.”

Mattamy Homes says it will be reinforcing its policies and expectations of all Mattamy’s trade partners regarding its workplace code of conduct, as well as its COVID-19 protocols.

This is probably why new homes have crooked walls and shitty tape jobs.  Stripper grams.

I have the video and took a few extra stills.  I don’t know if I should post the video though because the old guy with white hair really gets in there.

Sex work is work and my assumption is this young lady was paid to entertain these old fuckos.  While she might look like a victim, she’s not.  She’s working to support herself and these old as dumb-as-fuck drywallers paid for her company.

The owner of Mattamy Homes is a family man.  Peter Gilgan has given away tens of millions to hospitals and charities across Canada and takes philanthropy seriously so he’s probably not psyched about the optics.

He named the company after his son and daughter (Matt & Amy) so he’s probably not psyched watching Louie and Costas here having a chew while doing ass crack shots of Grey Goose in one of their unfinished show homes, during the height of the pandemic.

This isn’t the first drywall/construction crew to bring a hooker onto the job site, but it might be the first time an employee recorded it AAANNND that’s why we’re here.

A cell phone.

I’m checking with legal to see if I can or should post the video, but probably won’t because it’s basically softcore porn and the young lady didn’t agree to the recording.  But if she did, I’ll make sure you see it.

I’d like to be a fly on the wall in the house when these two out-of-work drywallers tell their wives of 30+ years why they won’t be going to work today.

I kinda feel sorry for Costas and Louie and I kinda don’t, if I’m being completely honest.

The old guy is getting shingles.  100%.
