I watched the first period and a half, and the Oilers were cruising 2-dick in the second.
Stuart Skinner gave up 3-3rd period goals and another in OT, and it’s garbage time (Connor was held scoreless for the first time since March 9)!
It was the Ref’s fault, by the way. Their terrible job forced Oiler fans to throw pizza and Beer on the ice…

Maple Leaf fans are too rich and elitist to throw garbage on the ice. When they do litter-protest, Leaf fans throw $300 jerseys and cashmere Blazers on the ice. Pizza and Beer are proletariat items.
We’ll find out tonight if the Leafs’ misery continues. Will Tampa steal game one in Toronto? Will a stacked and healthy Toronto team break be able to exercise their demons? How many in-game shots of Kyle Dubas screaming, “Fuck Me!” will we see?
Will Ryan O’Reilly and an improved Leaf defense be the difference? I don’t know the answers to these questions, but I am excited about any outcome because either will be truly UNBELIEVABLE.
My snack game is tight, I have a great Indica blend ready, and I plan on watching meaningful playoff hockey. Outside of that, I expect nothing else.
