West is off his meds and on the street and he’s obviously not well. You can’t make fun of this guy if you know anything about his history which tragically started off with West banging LeBron James’ mom and it was all downhill from there.
Delonte was diagnosed with bipolar disorder back in 2012 and he’s been battling drug addiction for some time so those videos are hard to watch. Vice had a great piece on West a few years ago ( he addresses banging LeBron’s mom) and it’s heartbreaking to think that this kid, father, husband, is the man in that video with no teeth.
I’m tired of people saying they feel sorry for Delonte. Especially basketball players with millions and the @NBA who should be trying to help West (maybe they are and it’s not fair for me to assume they aren’t but they haven’t yet).
People with Bipolar disorder can’t stop doing drugs until they’re at a point where they can deal with it minus the manic episodes.
He needs some medical help. This isn’t even funny.
