My love for Fred Van Vleet runs deep. He’s a stoic OG who doesn’t care about the rich tapestry of dramatic embellishment. He was sick as fuck and it scared him. Hearing him talk about how terrible he felt and how much worse it could have been because of how he felt was revealing. “I wouldn’t wish it on anybody” is a heavy statement from a guy who understates everything.
I wonder what conspiracy theorists think when celebs who had COVID talk about their experience. Do they think guys like Fred are just making shit up to sound cool? Or maybe Fred is a covert government agent working for the CDC in a covert disinformation campaign designed to take away the freedoms of every trailer park resident with a 9th-grade education.
