Video: Holy Shit, Lauren Boebert is Dumb

Mar 30, 2023

This woman is a sitting congresswoman. She helps make laws and Policies that govern human beings in the United States.

Apart from her angry, academic, hooker-chic look, she’s also legitimately stupid.

Yesterday, Lauren took on DC council member Charles Allen who criminalized public urination (Lauren only takes on hard-hitting issues). She seems to think Charles de-criminalized public urination (he didn’t), and she slowly realizes she’s completely wrong but stays the idiot course, and it’s FANTASTIC.

(Boebert overturned the criminalization of public urination last year but didn’t seem to remember that because she’s melting down).

Electable stupidity is a problem on both sides of the border. Men and women with a clue and the ability to earn a living stay out of politics.

Only the unemployable or those at the end of their career cycle enter politics. Why? Power and free shit.

I talked to a friend who was an MP for eight years a while ago, and he nailed it: “Political parties look for well-connected morons who NEED the gig, and that kind of person lives for the free limo rides, flights, and living allowance. It’s the easiest gig they’ll ever have, and they know it. The system is designed to incentivize dumb, lazy people who crave all the wrong things.”

I think that’s why he left politics. He’s capable. Most of our elected officials (like Mrs. Boebert) were blessed into these plum spots by riding a populist wave. They don’t have many transferrable skills and fewer options other than the disease of politics.

Comforting, huh?
